• Conduct comprehensive virtual skincare consultations to assess client needs, skin types, and concerns.
• Develop and present personalized, science-backed skincare plans and treatment recommendations.
• Educate clients on the proper use of skincare products and advanced treatment protocols.
• Provide expert advice on addressing specific skin conditions such as acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, and sensitivity.
• Maintain detailed client records and track progress towards their aesthetic goals.
• Collaborate with the product development team by providing insights into client feedback and market trends.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and beauty technology.
• Assist in the creation of educational content, including blog posts, video tutorials, and webinars.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with professionalism and efficacy.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Aesthetician, Cosmetologist, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in various skincare modalities, facial treatments, and product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of dermatological principles and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in virtual consultation platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.

• Relevant certifications or advanced training in aesthetic treatments are highly advantageous.
