Learning and Development Coordinator

RCL FOODS is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to be based in Durban and report to the HR Executive.

The successful candidate will play an active role in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of a range of skills development and workplace learning initiatives. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of relevant learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and compliance systems, while diligently overseeing SETA compliance processes and audit requirements, and tracking and overseeing budgets. Additionally, the incumbent will support the Learning & Development HRE in facilitating the successful completion of B-BBEE verification audits.

Key responsibilities include proactively gathering and maintaining comprehensive evidence for audit submissions, systematically tracking relevant data, and ensuring that all supporting documentation is accurately recorded and easily accessible. The role also involves compiling detailed data metrics and conducting thorough statistical analyses to identify skills development spend, SETA levies paid, and ROI trends, with the results presented in clear, visually informative graphs.
