Leather Gallery, a luxury home furniture and décor store, is seeking a hands-on SEO and Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage budgets confidently, and report on performance with strong metric discipline.

Key requirements:
· Proven experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads (incl. Performance Max), Bing/Microsoft Ads, and Tik Tok Ads
· Strong understanding of campaign structures, optimisation, testing, and reporting (ROAS, CAC, MER, attribution, etc.)
· Working knowledge of pixels, conversion tracking, and attribution
· Specifically, we want someone who can help us improve tracking and measurement so we can link Shopify online clicks to offline/in-store sales, where possible (via offline conversion tracking / event matching / integrations)
· Up to date with the latest AI-driven advertising tools and platform best practices (PMax structures, creative testing, automated bidding strategies, audience signals, etc.)
· Able to contribute to SEO and leverage AI tools to assist with keyword research, content improvements, and optimisation recommendations
· Comfortable working in the Shopify backend, with enough website/UI understanding to guide improvements and support basic site builds/updates
