We’re looking for a hands‑on Risk & Compliance Officer to work closely with our clients Head of Compliance and help ensure that the risk and compliance frameworks are not just documented, but actively working across the business.

This is a senior, practical role with exposure across IT, security, operations, HR, facilities, and client compliance
, in a BPO / contact centre environment.

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000R P/M DOE

• Review and validate risk, security, and compliance policies across departments
• Conduct on‑site checks to ensure controls are followed in practice
• Identify gaps between policy and real‑world operations
• Perform risk assessments across technology, data security, facilities, and people processes
• Support and maintain compliance with PCI DSS
  , SOC 2, and client audit requirements
• Work closely with IT, HR, Operations, and Leadership to define and track remediation plans
• Produce clear risk and gap reports for senior stakeholders
• Continuously improve risk and compliance controls as the business evolves

• 4–7 years’ experience in Risk, Compliance, Information Security, or IT Audit
• Experience in a BPO, contact centre, financial services, or regulated environment
• Hands‑on experience with PCI DSS and SOC compliance
• Strong understanding of:
  • Network and firewall security
  • Access controls and data security
  • IT and operational risk assessments
• Confident communicator who can challenge gaps and drive improvement
