Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in both technical development and functional business process consulting. The ideal candidate will be a Net Suite Certified Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Net Suite ERP solutions across multiple modules.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Suite Script development and functional knowledge of business processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Net Suite solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy customizations using Suite Script (1.0 & 2.0), Suite Talk (Web Services), Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics.
• Manage end-to-end Net Suite implementations including configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize Net Suite modules (Finance, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
• Develop and maintain Suite Scripts for automating business processes and enhancing user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, scripts, integrations, and configurations.
• Support Net Suite upgrades and ensure seamless transition of customizations.
• Provide functional guidance on Net Suite best practices and business process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct user training and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Net Suite Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Net Suite Certified Developer is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Suite Script 1.0 & 2.0, Suite Talk (SOAP/REST integrations), and Suite Flow.
• Functional expertise in key Net Suite modules (Financials, CRM, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in Net Suite integrations with third-party applications and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite customization frameworks and development methodologies.
• Experience with data migration, CSV imports, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile environments is advantageous.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Net Suite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) or WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Exposure to Suite Commerce or Net Suite E-commerce integrations.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies (Suite Success or similar).
• Knowledge of governance and compliance standards (SOX, GAAP).
