• Planning – Identify and establish objectives for self and team, work on objectives within timeline, consider all reasonable factors, impediments and obstacles, and identify alternative strategies to maximize benefit.
• Implementation – Functional Completeness – Deliver solutions that cover all agreed tasks and user objectives, ensure correct results with required precision, and review checked‑in code to meet standards.
• Implementation – Reliability – Ensure the solution performs appropriately under agreed conditions, reduce faults, maintain availability, respond to outages, improve fault tolerance, recover data reliably, and streamline support through traceability and error messaging.
• Implementation – Security – Protect information and data, enforce appropriate access controls, preserve integrity, maintain survivability against threats, log actions for auditability, and trace events to unique entities.
• Implementation – Maintainability – Support ease of modification for future maintainers, use appropriate standards and methods, design modular components, provide documentation for support teams, reuse assets, and enable self‑analysis of faults with prior reporting.
• Verification of Deployed Solutions – Deliver complete solutions with necessary assets and installation support, ensuring adaptability for evolving environments.
• Outage & Failure Response – Provide proactive support to peers and operators, handle emergency outages, troubleshoot, recommend improvements, resolve issues quickly, and maintain technical support documentation.
• Third‑Party Development Partnership – Supply domain knowledge and access, give timely feedback, take corrective action, foster cross‑functional collaboration, drive inclusivity, encourage diversity, and promote continuous learning.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a development environment.
• 2–5 years database experience and 3–5 years server/client‑side languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
