Technical Service Consultant
Location:
Durban (Hybrid)

Seeking a Technical Service Consultant to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote technical support
- Troubleshoot system and SQL/database issues
- Manage support tickets and escalations
- Assist with reporting, data queries, and system setup
- Maintain clear documentation
- Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)
- SQL querying & troubleshooting
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem‑solving & communication skills
- Experience 3+ years SQL experience
- 2+ years in technical/customer support
- Nice to Have: SSRS / Power BI
- Nice to Have: POS or retail system exposure
Thursday-Monday schedule (includes weekends).
Hybrid role with remote support.
