Risk Compliance Officer

We’re looking for an experienced PCI / SOC 2 Risk Compliance Officer to join a fast‑growing, security‑led organisation with a strong focus on governance, risk, and compliance.

This is a key role for someone who can take ownership of risk, audit, and information security frameworks and drive compliance across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading PCI DSS & SOC 2 compliance programmes
• Strengthening security policies and controls
• Working across IT, Ops, HR & senior leadership
• Supporting GRC and external audit activity
• Delivering clear risk & compliance reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Strong PCI DSS and/or SOC 2 experience
• Background in Cybersecurity, IT Risk, Audit or Compliance
• Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
• Experience in risk assessments, audits & remediation

CISA | CISSP | CRISC | ISO 27001 certifications
