Senior ML Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Advanced Data Products team and help power Games Global’s data-driven products with scalable, reliable, and high-impact ML systems

This is not a research-only role. You’ll work on real-world ML systems, deployed at scale, used every day across the business. You’ll influence architecture, shape best practices, and mentor others — all while solving meaningful problems.

• Design, build, and optimise machine learning models and pipelines that deliver tangible business impact
• Own the entire ML lifecycle — from data ingestion and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring
• Build and evolve MLOps infrastructure for reliable, repeatable model delivery
• Develop observability and monitoring tooling to track model performance, drift, and data quality in production
• Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and confidence
• Continuously improve model quality, scalability, and efficiency across the product suite

• BSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience building and deploying ML systems in production
• Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, model selection, and evaluation
• Strong software engineering skills — clean, maintainable, production‑ready code
• Proven experience with MLOps: pipelines, experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment
• Hands‑on cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Experience running ML systems at scale, including monitoring and alerting
• Solid foundations in statistics, mathematics, and data modelling
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a structured approach to complex challenges
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across engineering and data teams
• A passion for mentoring and developing others
