About The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Manager to lead and scale our organic search efforts across multiple brands, regions, and digital platforms. This role is focused on driving measurable organic growth through technical SEO, content optimisation, keyword strategy and data‑driven performance improvements.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and support wider business and marketing goals. The role requires a strategic and hands‑on professional comfortable working across technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content strategy, reporting and performance analysis.

You will work closely with developers, content creators, designers and marketers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across websites, landing pages and campaigns. Experience with Webflow and CMS structure is a strong advantage.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving growth challenges and has experience scaling SEO initiatives within high‑growth or multi‑brand businesses. We look for an analytical, commercially aware, proactive individual excited to drive organic growth as a company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search rankings and drive measurable business growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content opportunity mapping to identify areas for organic expansion.
  • Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking and site structure to improve search visibility and user experience.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits across websites and landing pages, identifying issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, Core Web Vitals and mobile performance.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to implement technical SEO improvements across platforms including Webflow and React‑based environments.
  • Manage and optimise SEO configurations within Webflow, including CMS collections, metadata, redirects, structured content and landing page performance.
  • Collaborate with content, product and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into campaigns, content production and website updates.
  • Support and execute scalable link‑building and digital PR initiatives to strengthen domain authority and organic visibility.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, engagement and conversion performance.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, AI‑search trends and emerging SEO technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record of SEO success, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz.
  • Strong technical SEO experience, including site audits, architecture optimisation and performance optimisation.
  • Experience working with modern CMS and website platforms, including Webflow.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years managing SEO projects in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments.
  • Hands‑on experience managing SEO within Webflow, including CMS structure, landing pages, redirects, metadata and performance optimisation.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks such as React.
  • Experience collaborating with developers on technical SEO implementations and website performance improvements.
  • Understanding of conversion‑focused SEO and lead generation environments.
  • Industry certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are advantageous.
Benefits
  • Hybrid work organisation with flexibility on schedule, with remote options for candidates outside proximity of a Hyperion Dev campus.
  • Opportunities to enrol part‑time in our Coding Bootcamps to learn new tech skills.
  • Work alongside leaders in edtech, developer education and developer assessments across Africa, Europe and the US.
  • Life‑changing work: solving real problems that make education and tech careers accessible for those in need.
