Britelink in Durban is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to co-ordinate the delivery of services into key clients. You will act as the bridge between the client and our delivery teams, ensuring governance across the service delivery process and driving continual service improvement to achieve high customer satisfaction.
You will oversee SLAs, monitor performance, manage escalations, and partner with HR to develop staff capabilities and training.
