Role Overview

Design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models. Build and maintain ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.

• Build and maintain ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources (internal and third-party)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and clear visualisations
• Maintain and optimise BI infrastructure for performance and reliability
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all reporting layers

• 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in BI development, data analytics, or a related role
• Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools
• Advanced proficiency in SQL – querying, data manipulation, and optimisation
• Solid understanding of ETL workflows, data warehousing, and data modelling
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non‑technical audiences
• Proactive mindset – you don't just report on data, you tell stories with it
• Strong attention to detail and passion for clean, well‑organised data
• Bonus: experience with cloud data platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Bonus: familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting tools for data manipulation
• Bonus: exposure to real‑time data or streaming tools (e.g., Kafka, Apache Flink)
