City Logistics is seeking a Graduate to provide administrative support to our Payroll Department during a period of increased operational demand. The successful candidate will assist the payroll team with payroll administration, compliance tracking, reporting, employee record maintenance, and data validation to ensure the continued accuracy and integrity of payroll processes.
Payroll operates in a high-risk environment where accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail are critical. This opportunity will provide valuable exposure to payroll administration while supporting a team responsible for processing multiple payrolls and maintaining accurate employee information across the business.
- Monitor and track first warnings and related disciplinary processes.
- Assist with general payroll administration and day-to-day support activities.
- Update and maintain driver's licence and Professional Driving Permit (PDP) records.
- Generate and distribute PRP reports.
- Monitor daily excessive overtime reports and identify trends.
- Assist with the clean-up, validation and maintenance of Sage employee records to ensure employee information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support payroll data maintenance and administrative projects.
- Assist the Payroll team with audit preparation and administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Payroll Department as required.
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Payroll Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
