Dedicated IT, a leading healthcare-focused MSP, is seeking a Support Technician II. You will manage day-to-day support needs for healthcare clients, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolution within SLA.
You’ll work from our service desk, gaining hands-on experience across varied client environments while using modern hardware and automation tools. You will be a customer-oriented problem-solver, handling calls and emails, documenting tickets, and mentoring junior staff.
