Processing orders received from OPS via cases
Processing orders received for installations
Allocating and provisioning stock
Cases- Process cases received from Support and other departments
- Stock to be provisioned for cases that needs replacement devices
- Sims to be loaded for cases that need replacement Sim cards
- Processing orders received from Backspace Accounts directly from Resellers
- Atcom Telephone orders to be packaged and either booked for courier delivery or Reseller collection
- Sim wholesale orders, each sim to be physically scanned and processed with Backspace Support to allocate IP’s
- Processing of larger Reseller Sim orders
- Dealing directly with network providers (MTN, Cell C, Vodacom, Telkom)
- Customer courier tracking of waybills scheduled
- Processing branch transfer stock requests
- Assisting with queries from Courier Companies
