• Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with CRM platforms, marketing technology solutions, or customer engagement systems.
• Experience managing and executing CRM campaigns.
• Experience working with CRM vendors and third-party technology providers.
• Experience gathering business requirements and producing BRD documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting system and data-related issues.
• Experience working with reporting tools, analytics, and customer data environments
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of CRM platforms.
• Monitor CRM platform health, performance, and availability.
• Ensure all CRM systems are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve platform issues, escalating where necessary.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external service providers to address incidents and service disruptions.
• Assist with system configuration, platform optimization, and environment management.
• Support CRM platform upgrades, releases, testing, and deployments.
• Maintain user access controls, platform settings, and operational governance processes.

• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Customer Experience, and other business stakeholders to execute customer engagement campaigns.
• Review campaign briefs and translate business requirements into CRM campaign configurations.
• Build, configure, test, schedule, and deploy customer communication campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and in accordance with business requirements.
• Validate customer targeting, segmentation, audience selection, and campaign logic.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide executional support to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through automation and process enhancements.
• Support A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives.

• Monitor CRM data integrations and ensure data feeds are operating correctly.
• Conduct routine audits of customer data, campaign data, and reporting datasets.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across CRM platforms.
• Validate customer segmentation rules and audience data used for campaigns.
• Monitor data synchronization between CRM platforms and connected business systems.
• Support compliance with data governance and reporting standards.
• Maintain documentation relating to data structures, integrations, and validation procedures.
