Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure
Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems
Manage virtualisation platforms and ensure optimal performance
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
Support cloud and hybrid cloud environments
Implement and maintain security controls, access management, and vulnerability remediation
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
Monitor infrastructure health, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure reports

Job Experience and

Skills Required:

Education: Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Infrastructure Administration
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
Exposure to cloud and virtualisation technologies

Technical

Skills:

Windows Server Administration
Linux Administration
VMware, Hyper-V, or similar virtualisation platforms
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
LAN/WAN technologies
Cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments
Infrastructure security and access management
Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
