Our client is seeking a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to manage and enhance their cloud infrastructure in Durban . This role is central to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our client's production environments. You will work on automating infrastructure deployment, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining cloud services. Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system performance and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or system administration roles.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef).
- Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and monitoring tools.
