• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, including software engineers, data analysts, project managers, and cybersecurity experts.

• Screen and interview IT candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT sector, understanding their specific technology needs and challenges.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and IT industry trends to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful IT placements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, either agency or in-house.
• Solid understanding of various IT technologies, programming languages, and technical concepts.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Excellent ability to assess technical competencies and cultural fit for IT roles.
