Microsoft 365 Tenant to Tenant Migration Engineer

Full-Time | 4-Month Contract Onsite in Durban | Immediate Interviews

We are supporting a major international client who is embarking on a large-scale Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration and are looking for an experienced Migration Engineer to join the project on a full-time onsite basis in Durban.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a complex migration programme, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key part in both the technical delivery and post-migration stabilisation.

• Lead and support a large Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration
• Contribute to migration planning, technical execution, and delivery
• Work extensively with Entra  Entra Connect
• Manage stakeholders and maintain strong customer communication
• Support post-migration activities, cutover, and stabilisation
• Use Power Shell for automation and migration tasks

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations
• Strong knowledge of Entra  Entra Connect
• Power Shell scripting capability
• Microsoft 365 certification (preferred)
• Fluent English speaker
• Available for immediate interview and start
• Fully onsite in Durban, 5 days per week
