Ignite. in Umhlanga (Durban) is seeking a German-speaking E-Commerce Client Specialist to provide frontline support from our on-site office. You will handle orders, deliveries, payments, and product details in German and English.
This role requires omnichannel support, order tracking, troubleshooting, and accurate logging in internal systems. A Matric certificate is required, along with fluent German (B2) and professional English, and rotating 8-hour shifts on a 24/7 calendar.
