As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, you'll be at the heart of international supply chains, ensuring import shipments move efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our customers. • Coordinate and manage import sea freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient execution from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare, process, and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress, provide status updates, and maintain end-to-end visibility for customers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, transport providers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve shipment delays, exceptions, and operational issues while maintaining service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with customs requirements, international shipping regulations, and company procedures.
• Analyse operational performance and customer KPIs, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive system accuracy and process adherence through effective use of SeaLOG, BPA, and operational tools.

• Experience in freight forwarding, ideally within Sea Logistics import operations.
• Strong understanding of sea freight processes, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with great attention to detail.
• Confidence working with operational systems, Microsoft Office, and digital logistics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
