• Contribute to business improvement and innovation initiatives

• Final year students or graduates (within last 2 years)
• Strong academic performance in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, Operations Management or related fields
• Analytical thinking, curiosity, initiative and innovation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience, adaptability and customer‑centric mindset
