Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
Working knowledge of multimodal transport operations (sea, air, and road freight).
Strong A‑to‑Z process understanding.
Experience working on Cargo Wise (essential).
Financial understanding on Cargo Wise (advantageous).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage import and export shipments across multiple transport modes.
Process and maintain shipment files accurately using Cargo Wise.
Liaise with agents, clients, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and service providers.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines.
Assist with resolving operational challenges and customer queries.
Maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry requirements.
