Industrial Cleaner - Shift Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Cleaner - Shift Lead to join their operational team in Durban . • Lead and guide a team of industrial cleaners during assigned shifts, ensuring task completion and adherence to schedules.
• Perform a wide range of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, dusting, and sanitizing various industrial equipment and areas.
• Operate and maintain industrial cleaning machinery, such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
• Conduct routine checks on cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or stock shortages.
• Provide training and support to team members, promoting best practices in industrial cleaning and safety.

• Previous experience as an industrial cleaner, with demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in using various industrial cleaning tools, machinery, and chemicals.
