Maintenance Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance operations in our manufacturing factories located in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent technical skills, and a proven track record of managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in the factories.
– Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to efficiently maintain all production equipment.
– Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address any potential issues.
– Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance projects under tight deadlines.
– Monitor and control maintenance budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
– Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
– Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively lead a team.
– Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
– Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
