* Ability to Manage Multiple Development Projects

JOB DUTIES:
* Developing & Improving Food Products related to Fats & Oil
and Processes within the Manufacturing environment
* Timely Delivery of New reformulated Products to Market
* Reduction in Formulation Cost & Process Non-conformances
* Compliance with Food Safety, Regulatory & Quality Standards
* Successful Trials & Product validations
