Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating embroidery machines, preferably Ricoma machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret job cards, specifications, and production instructions.
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques, keytypes, fabrics, and garment handling.
• Basic machine troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and identify mechanical issues.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Quality control and inspection skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
