Jobs 4 All in Durban is seeking an experienced workshop supervisor to lead a multi-disciplinary production team on the factory floor, with ~70% of time on the shop floor and autonomy reporting to Directors.
The role manages ~100 staff across 2 shifts, coordinates production across 22 CNC mills/lathes, 4 CNC gear grinders, 22 gear shapers/cutters and 20 hobbing machines, driving efficiency, quality, and safety.
