Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machinery to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards and safety regulations
- Set up and adjust machines to meet production requirements
- Monitor machinery during operation to ensure smooth functioning and identify any issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical problems
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Communicate any production or quality issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining various types of machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when necessary
