• Develop and implement new process designs, material flow strategies, and production layouts to optimize output and reduce waste.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools for process improvement projects, focusing on waste reduction and value stream mapping.
• Collect and analyze production data to establish performance metrics, monitor key indicators, and generate reports on operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production staff, engineering teams, and management to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new or revised production processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering or industrial engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and CAD applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
