The hybrid nature of this role allows for some remote coordination on specific tasks while maintaining essential on-site presence for hands-on operations, blending flexibility with operational needs.

• Perform assembly operations accurately and efficiently according to product specifications and work instructions.
• Operate and maintain various production machinery and equipment safely.
• Conduct quality checks on products during the assembly process to identify defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards .
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly to the relevant personnel.

• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Understanding of basic workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
