About the Role

Our client is seeking diligent and reliable Production Operatives to join their team at their Durban manufacturing facility. As a key member of the production line, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards. • Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble product components according to specifications and production schedules.
• Perform quality checks on products, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
