We pride ourselves on precision, quick turnaround times, and high-quality craftsmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Print Finisher to join our production team.
Role Overview
As a Print Finisher, you will be responsible for the final stages of the print production process. You will turn raw printed materials into beautifully finished products such as books, brochures, banners etc. Your role is critical to maintaining strict quality control and ensuring that the final output meets our clients' exact job specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain finishing equipment including programmable guillotines, folding machines, laminators, and binders.
- Bookbinding & Assembly: Perform booklet making, saddle stitching, pur binding, and perfect binding accurately

- Finishing Processes: Execute precise paper cutting, creasing, scoring, perforating, and vinyl applications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visual inspections to catch print blemishes, alignment issues, or binding errors before packaging.
- Material Management: Collate, pack, and prepare finished products for dispatch while keeping track of material stock levels.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the workshop clean, follow safe operating procedures, and report any mechanical faults immediately.
Requirements and Skills

Practical expertise operating finishing machinery (e.g., Polar guillotines, Horizon folders, or similar print industry equipment). - Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for colour accuracy, measurements, alignment, and overall neatness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle manual dexterity tasks, lift paper stock, and stand for extended periods in a busy pressroom environment.
- Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving abilities, a reliable track record, and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
