Talent Connected Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a results-driven Industrial Engineer to support process improvement and operational efficiency within a manufacturing / electronics environment.

This permanent opportunity is suited to a candidate with strong analytical skills and experience improving manufacturing processes, resource utilisation and productivity.

• Analyse and improve manufacturing and operational processes.
• Conduct process studies, time studies and workflow analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimise resource utilisation and production processes.
• Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and reports.
• Work closely with production, engineering, quality and other departments.
• Support the implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles.

• Relevant Industrial Engineering qualification.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement and optimisation.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Strong numerical and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Relevant production or engineering experience.
