Job Description:

Gibelo Logistics (Pty) LTD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Packer to join our dynamic team in Durban North. As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately packed and shipped to our customers in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellent service.

• Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications and company standards.
• Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing.
• Label packages correctly and ensure all shipping documentation is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy packages (up to 25 kg).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
