Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Msuez Uk. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that all patients receive the highest level of care and attention
- Mentor and supervise junior nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current nursing license in South Africa
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if needed We
