Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit. This full-time night-shift role covers 72 hours per pay period, with every other weekend and holidays.
The RN will provide professional nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and supervise support staff. Licensure in Tennessee and CPR certification are required.
