Requirements
- Zulu speaking first language and an understanding of customs in Ingonyama Trust areas.
- Proficiency in MS-Word; MS-Excel;
- Valid Drivers Licence and registration as Safety Officer with SACPCMP with required training and experience is essential (proof of application for registration will not be considered).
- Hands on building construction experience;
- Experience related to at least 66% of the job description
- Community Facilitation on Low Income Housing Projects
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance in building construction
- Compiling Safety files for the companys projects
- Safety audits and safety related supervision
- Ensuring the company complies with H&S legislation
