To monitor all online production, lab analysis & operations to ensure that final product output is within specification and the product is safe for consumption
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily online quality control - initial inspection of all lines, compliance to quality standards, procedures, staff compliance in GMP and hygiene before start up, and maintenance of all quality systems throughout the shift
- Daily routine analysis and testing of all incoming and outgoing tankers, storage tanks, line samples and other testing/result requirements (all tests required for)
- Final product/packed goods inspection at warehouse level before dispatch, verification of cold room stock and efficiency
- Documentation control for FSSC standard requirements
- Inspection of incoming packaging raw material in production
- Grade 12
- Diploma or degree Food Tech/ Biotech/ Food & Nutrition or Analytical Chemistry
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- FMCG, Manufacturing sector experience essential
- Proven ability to manage, maintain and deliver against Customer requirements
- Analytical skills, communications skill, Conflict Management
- Report Writing skills
- FSSC 22000 exposure and understanding
- Quality Output
- Reduction of Non conformance
- Accuracy of work
- Customer service levels and reduction of customer complaint’s
