Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector to join their dedicated team in Durban . This role is crucial for ensuring that all aircraft maintenance and repair activities comply with stringent regulatory standards and company quality policies. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, verifying documentation, and identifying any non-conformities to guarantee the highest levels of safety and airworthiness.

- Perform comprehensive inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and specifications.
- Verify that all maintenance documentation, work orders, and technical records are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct audits of maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment to ensure they meet required standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved data and procedures.
- Proven experience as an Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA, SACAA).
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance procedures and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in aviation maintenance and quality control.
