- Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits of aircraft, components, and maintenance processes to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards.
- Review maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and report non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Ensure all work performed by maintenance personnel meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineering, and management to promote a strong quality culture throughout the Durban facility.
- Proven experience as an Aviation Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role within the aviation industry.
- Deep understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA, FAA) and quality management systems (e.g., AS9100).
