- You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related technical discipline, coupled with proven experience in Quality Assurance Management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- You must have sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, including implementation, maintenance, auditing and continual improvement.
- Experience with in the bitumen, binder, emulsion, slurry, petrochemical or related road construction materials sector will be highly advantageous.
- You will have proven experience in managing and maintaining QMS compliance across multiple manufacturing and operational facilities.
- You must have experience in coordinating and conducting internal quality audits, reviewing QMS documentation and ensuring compliance with established quality policies and procedures.
- You will have a solid understanding of non-conformance reporting (NCRs), root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions, and customer complaint resolution.
- You must be able to drive a strong quality culture across departments, ensuring consistent application of quality standards and procedures.
- You will be responsible for coordinating ISO 9001:2015 Management Review Meetings and reporting on QMS performance, compliance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- You must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with production, technical and operational teams.
- You must be willing and able to travel between manufacturing and depot facilities as operationally required.
