Position: Job Title:Floor Leader - Gateway

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, driving excellent customer experiences
  • Support the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and service delivery
  • Ensure floor standards, displays, and stock levels are maintained
  • Step into a supervisory role during peak trading times
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
  • Maintain visual merchandising
    • Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure
  • A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about customer service
  • Matric
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
