You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, assisting with purchases, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. • Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock and monitoring stock levels.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions regarding features and benefits.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through excellent service and upselling techniques.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
