AC SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Excelair (Pty) Ltd | Kwa Zulu-Natal
Excelair is looking for an experienced AC Service Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate must have previous experience in air-conditioning/HVAC sales or service sales.
Requirements- Previous HVAC/air-conditioning sales experience essential.
- Experience selling AC servicing, repairs and maintenance contracts.
- Good understanding of air-conditioning systems.
- Proven sales ability and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Computer literate.
- Professional, motivated and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Visit customers and identify their AC requirements.
- Promote AC servicing, repairs and maintenance contracts.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify additional sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Basic salary + commission, based on experience.
Candidates with relevant previous HVAC/air-conditioning sales experience will be considered.
