SALES MANAGER

An established and highly regarded organisation within the staffing and recruitment industry is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead its regional sales function in Durban.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, business development or senior sales leadership.
Previous experience within the staffing, recruitment, Temporary Employment Services (TES), labour outsourcing or workforce solutions industry is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience managing and developing a sales team.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Strong new business development and client acquisition experience.
Experience dealing with senior decision-makers and corporate clients.
Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative selling.
Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, targets and KPIs.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and and communication skills.
Ability to analyse sales performance and implement corrective strategies where required.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as required.

Remuneration:

R40 000 – R45 000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
