Sales Manager - Available Immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, quotations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Work closely with Production, Operations and Logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Lead and manage the sales team and monitor individual performance.

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong business development and key account management experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding sales targets.
