Billing Sales Representative

About Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our specialist medical practice client base across South Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, client presentations, negotiations and closing deals with specialist medical practitioners and practice managers.

• Identify and target new specialist medical practices.

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and industry research.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual presentations.

• Prepare proposals and quotations.

• Negotiate and close new business.

• Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Coordinate the handover of newly signed practices to the implementation team.

• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline and performance reports.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• 2–3 years' proven business development or external sales experience.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Good Microsoft Office skills.

• Valid driver's licence.

• Willingness to travel.

Candidates with experience selling into the healthcare/medical industry will be highly advantageous, particularly experience with:
