** ABOUT THIS ROLE
** Are you an experienced Internal Sales professional with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of cabinetry hardware?

A well-established organisation is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join their Durban team and support customers with product enquiries, quotations, orders and technical solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented and confident working with technical products in a sales environment.

- ** WHAT YOU WILL DO
** Handle incoming sales enquiries via telephone, email and showroom consultations   Provide customers with product information, pricing, quotations and stock availability   Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, installers and manufacturers   Follow up on quotations and outstanding orders and convert leads into sales   Capture and process customer orders accurately on the internal system   Track order progress, deliveries and back orders   Provide technical assistance and help customers select the correct fittings and solutions   Liaise with warehouse, logistics, finance and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment   Provide after-sales support and assist with customer queries or issues   Maintain accurate CRM and sales administration--
- ** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
** Matric   Proven experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or a similar role   Cabinetry hardware experience is preferred   Strong technical understanding of cabinetry and hardware   Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills   Strong attention to detail and accuracy   Proficient in MS Office
